"Catchin' Air"

This sculpture “Catchin’ Air” depicts the Royal Guard Dragon "Blizzard" snow boarding and doing what she loves best - catchin' air.  It is one of a limited edition of 500, each handcrafted from a carved master by the RGDS resident artist Nino Nardecchia.

Blizzard loves deep powder and big moguls.  She never wipes out because she throws out her wings and catches herself.  As for the goggles, Blizzard does not wear them because she needs them; she just thinks they look cool.
